After the Windsor Castle, we got on our bus and headed for Bath. Bath is a city 97 miles outside of London. Quite literally, a bath city for the Romans back in the day. There was a lot of Roman history in the city and even if we only got to see a fourth, maybe less, there was still a rich history in that small section.
Here’s an overview of most of the city, which is basically the UK in one picture. Country, city, and glum but beautiful nonetheless.
The Bath Cathedral was the main part of the tour to Bath.
The side of the cathedral, and the entrance.
The architecture of the cathedral definitely reminds me of Hogwarts, which made this stop all the more enjoyable.
A little bit of what’s inside the cathedral, there were even a few folks that were dressed up to make it more authentic.
The bath itself, although there were smaller ones inside and in different temperature, this was the only working one (if I remember it correctly). Don’t be fooled by the water, it is quite dirty. ( photo taken from my instagram: reax)
One last look at the streets of Bath after the rain then off to the final stop of the tour.
